Some of the "medical research" topics carried out by Mengele and his laboratories that have come to light over the years since the war paint a picture of sadistic torture rather than any serious research. It was the worst kind of science imaginable. What good could possibly come from injected frightened, malnourished prisoners with kerosene is completely beyond me.
