Just because IWTV has a high angst to other ratio, that doesn't mean that it has the higher amount of angst. Say Book A is 50% angst and has a metaphysical volume of 8 psychological liters, and Book B is 100% angst and has a metaphysical volume of 3 psychological liters. This means that Book A has 4 metaphysical liters of angst, while Book B has only 3. > > Wes - "I have a metaphysical volume of about 22 psychological liters. 19 of which are hot air."
You also need to factor in the differences of angst meta-density. Book A might have a larger angst meta-volume, but a lower angst/psyL constant. If the latter is significantly lower for Book A (in this case less than 75% that of Book B), it would in fact have a smaller amount of angst (measured in pseudo-moles, naturally).
