Whether to use the Euro is not a subject argued over here, though it is mentioned in the news regularly. What are the different sides, and why? The above is a fairly strong argument against. If the media is strongly for integration, they must have some oft-repeated rhetoric for it. Alternatively, why not just let people use and businesses accept the currency(ies) they choose? As long as the banks can keep track, it'd work fine.
