First of all, the WebRink is not officially RinkWorks material. It's hosted on my domain, and run by me and Matthew.

Secondly, quality is not of importance. The only criteria is that you *have* a homepage and would like to be a member of the WebRink -- and that you add the required WebRink links somewhere. (That's something you need to do; at least, I haven't found the links on *your* homepage.)
