Rich folks

Now for my two cents worth on rich folks. I'm not rich, but if somebody will finance the venture, I'll be glad to try it. The funny part is that I have been mistaken for rich because I travel a lot. If people don't know that my daughter works for a major airline, they might jump to conclusions.
In Guatamala, a six-year-old looked me in the eye and said "You're rich." He had been told that the norte americanos who came to Guatamala were all rich people. By comparison, maybe.
In Hawaii's King Kam Hotel a lady in an elevator noticed my "Teachers are Real People" tee shirt and asked the obvious question. She was a teacher, too, so I asked, "If we're teachers, what are we doing in a place like this." She answered, "I don't know about you, but I've got a rich husband."
The truth is, you can make your money go a long way if you don't drink, smoke, or gamble and your kids work for an airline. The fact that I live in a 34-year-old house and drive a Toyota, helps too.
I know I take digs at the way red necks* think, but other than that, I try not to mean-mouth anybody for what they are or what I think they are. Howard *And I might be slighly red neck myself.
