I live in the States, and I just finished Thief of Time two days ago. I think it's been in print for about 3 or 4 months here, but I just noticed there was a new one a week ago. As for the Truth, I read that a year ago. My library actually got it within a month or so of when it was published. Shows that someone in my library likes Terry Pratchett quite a lot. Just thought I'd be helpful :)
