You dont ? Funny thing, my wife doesn't either, at least not "pure" (see below). Nevertheless I LOVE Sauerkraut. Its great, especially when combined with "Kassler" ... ack, my dictionary doesn't know this one. For all non German readers: It is basically a sort of smoked pork meat. And since this is a Rinkswork forum: no, that does NOT mean you roll it up, put it in your mouth and attempt to light. It wont burn anyway, since it is way to soggy. Grownups dont try this at home !
Anyway: Souerkraut is LOVELY and very YUMMY !
We do have a nice recipy for Sauerkraut soufle, where you add mashed potatos, cumin, Tomato and ground meat. That we both like a lot.

Yep, i also had that one in mind, but as our native English friend told us, peppermint is absolutely the wrong type of mint.
