I used to watch Cartoon Network before it got encrypted (October 15, 1999?). Anyone remember the Cow and Chicken episode about ketchup? I think it was about the Red Guy owning the school cafeteria and giving people nothing to eat but ketchup. With ketchup and ketchup.
