IMHO, I think that his political opinions are his business. You are cricket players! If you were running a refugee camp for foreign asylum seekers it would be another story, but to eject him because of his political beliefs, no matter how insane, is wrong.

It's hard to say what's going on in a person's mind sometimes. Why did he tell you of his political affiliation? Was it because he felt he was in a relaxed atmosphere with people he could trust? Or because he was trying to be a jerk.

I can't tell you what to think because I don't know the person, or his motivations, but don't judge him just because of his honesty, regardless of how misplaced his loyalty may be.
