Be worried. I have sleeping problems myself, but rarely so bad that I don't sleep all night, much less several nights in a row. And when I'm exhausted, I fall asleep automatically. Have you tried drinking really strong coffee? That may sound illogical, but I've heard that it sometimes helps.
