I also forgot to mention numbers with lots of factors. I have a feeling they would also get a lot of votes. For say 1-10, I think 8 would help it's chances by being a factor for both 2 and 4, and being a perfect cube. Also, for the 1-100, I think there's a possibility that 10, 20, 30, etc... would have a high probability of being picked as well. I doubt 5, 15, 25, 35 etc... would have as high of a probability.
