There is a Dutch-registered ship bound for Dublin which intends to offer Irish women abortions. It will beat the Irish ban by sailing to international waters to carry out the procedures. The whole point of the story is that legal complications have arisen about the necessary licences not having been granted, but that's more or less irrelevant to this thread. I am not stating an opinion one way or the other, merely pointing this out as a matter of possible interest.
