Max and Erma's is a great place. The original one is in Columbus, there are one or two more in Columbus and then there are several others elsewhere in Ohio (not sure if there are any outside the buckeye state or not). Not sure if all the places have it, but they have a "bathtub full of sundae toppings", so you can go make your own ice cream sundae with everything sitting in a bathtub.
