Agreed. I would defend a person's right to smoke, drink, cuss, skydive, drive a gas hog, gamble, etc. I tend to avoid such activities, and I wish there was less of it going on, but I can't deny their rights. Sometimes, *where* they do such stuff is an issue with me. Nobody smokes in my car or my house. And it doesn't matter who they are. But they can park their SUV in my driveway.
