The military equivalent is "Meaning no disrespect, sir, but...." This phrase prefixes something disrespectful.

My father was in the army and worked his way up to Lieutenant Colonel before he retired. He told me the story about how someone said that to him, and my father interrupted him and said, "Stop right there." And that was the end of that.
