In Sweden, where I'm living just now, there is indeed at least one channel which does it. That's way past my bedtime, though, so I'm not sure whether there are more.

In Denmark, where I've spent most of my life, they don't. Which, when I think about it, seems kind of strange, actually. Or maybe not...
