Quite honestly, that was the only part of the movie I remember there being a fart joke. The other comments that Donkey made seemed to be about Shrek's general aroma rather than additional fart jokes.

(Then again, I didn't go to the movie to keep a tally of fart jokes. I'll leave that to the folks at screen-it.)
