I've been a vegetarian for over ten years, both on moral and taste grounds.
There's actually quite a lot of wonderful things you can do if you're an ovo-lacto vegetarian, not a vegan. Tell me whether you are, and I think I can come up with a few things. I'm a bit under time pressure right now, but there is a lot of good stuff without milk/egg too.
