Exactly. Plus, if they're that passionate about speeding along on the Autobahn at the "suggested" limit of 130 km/h, you really hope they're good drivers. I heard, however, that once a German passes the rigourous exam to get his or her driver's license, s/he won't get tested again even if that person's vision has deteriorated significantly.

Standardized road etiquette. That would be a great idea.
