Why not upload it as you had planned? It's not like the feature titles on RinkWorks are trademarked or anything.

I'm not advocating plagiarism, but as you said, you worked on this section for your site independently, not knowing that Sam was plannning something similar for RinkWorks. There's no reason you shouldn't upload the section. If it bothers you, rename it, but I wouldn't go and trash it.
