Don't you think "Director of Truth" would be a better title than "Director of Mass Communication?" It has a bit of an Orwellian twist, that way.

That poem would also be better as a limerick. Something like:

There once was a Stephen who posted,
On the forum his coolness he boasted.
But we knew he's a dink,
Even though 'twas the Rink,
Where the forum he posted was hosted.

Or maybe as a haiku:

I know that Stephen
Thinks he's cool like Darien;
But he's just plain wrong.

Or you can do something more "modern:"

Stephen
Supreme Dictator
He rules the forum
With an iron hand
Iron mouse
Mighty Mouse
Here he comes
To wreck the day
To shroud our noble effors at communication
COMMUNICATION
Behind his bleak shroud of pain
PAIN
Everything is pain
The daylight is pain
The darkness is pain
Stephen is a pain
EVERYTHING IS PAIN
NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS HUMAN FLESH

Or you could try adapting a popular tune to fit your lyrics:

(To the tune of "Cecilia")

Oh, Ste-e-phen,
You're breaking my heart,
You're shaking my confidence, ba-by.
Oh, Ste-e-phen,
I'm down on my -

No, nevermind. Don't do that.
