Luckily, I married into a GREAT family. Don's sister called and called and called until we finally got results. I guess I'm just too much of a wimp, but they weren't listening to me. She called them up the first time and they said they needed to talk to me about it. She said "You had your chance to talk to Ticia, now you have to deal with me." hehe! She's great!
