Oh, absolutely not. Bureaucrats are essential to our survival. They perform so many vital functions like...ummm, well there's that thing, and...errrr, well...if they were gone then...ummmm, then life would...ummmmm. OK, maybe we don't need them! While we're at it, why don't we get rid of the lawyers too? ;-)
