I'm fairly certain this is *intentionally* bad, but the "Hello, Meteor" commercial certainly cracked me up enough times...

Does anyone (only Canadians, perhaps?) remember an incredibly dull commercial by Norwich Union for life insurance? I must have seen the same commercial for several years (at least in Nova Scotia.). It didn't have anything entirely too bad about it: it was just incredibly long and dull.

It got so dull that Labatt Blue spoofed it: "It's Patrick! He just bought life insurance and a 24 bottle case of beer for the price of 12 bottles! Good for you, son!"

Or something like that--it was a several years ago. I think the original commercial disappeared shortly after the spoof came out. At least I don't recall seeing it for a while.
