There's the main 20th Century Fox theme, which appears in front of regular 20th Century Fox movies, but on Cinemascope movies (2.35:1 aspect ratio instead of 1.85:1 aspect ratio), there's a little extension to the 20th Century Fox theme, and as it plays, the screen flips to a slightly different logo screen. If you have a video of any of the Star Wars movies handy, you can see it on those. It was composed by Alfred Newman in 1954.
It goes something like, "dah dah dah DAH...dah dah dah DAH...dah dah DAH, dah-dah-dah-dahhhhhhh."
