No, the Heat Death is the one where the universe spreads out and cools down. There's a good reason for it being called that, something to do with thermodynamics, that I can't quite recall at the moment.

Alternative 2 (everything gets all squished together) is called the Big Crunch, because it's like the Big Bang apart from the obvious difference.
