FYI I have been Journal keeping with my left (non-dominant) hand, having picked up this technique from a website. I was also warned I could 'get in touch with my unconscious'. Perhaps this odd thought is the result.

When I asked my old school-pal this question, he said: "Don't hassle me with rules and regulations." Perhaps he thought I was being cheeky. But I am fairly serious, and cogent remarks would be most welcome.
