I've changed my mind about the deadline for this year. Make it Sunday night, March 25, 8pm EST, just before the ceremony begins. This is how it was in past years except for last year, where I moved the deadline up in advance of the Wall Street Journal's announcement of the results of their voter polling. They turned out not to be impressively accurate anyway.
