The recipe for a ricer car, at least around here, seems to be:

Riceboys (many think this is derogatory, but it's not) are people that put fake go-fast parts on their car. Large exhaust tips welded onto a stock exhaust, huge rear wings that don't generate any downforce, racing stripes, stickers for products that you don't actually have on your car, fake nitrous bottles on the dashboard (hint: If the NOS bottle is on the dashboard, it's fake. NOS should be hidden to avoid troubles with law enforcement and to keep it farther away from the driver should the bottle explode), headlights with blue paint on 'em to look like the HID lamps on the expensive cars, huge wheels, and a car bouncing over every bump because the owner has cut his springs to lower the car, are all hallmarks of the riceboy.

It doesn't have to be a japanese car either. Around here, I've seen plenty of mustangs and cavaliers riced out.

I particularly enjoy the cars with stickers that are for something that cant' possibly be on the car. I saw a Mustang with a VTEC sticker the other day. VTEC is honda-only ;)
