Speaking for myself, the question "What fun is that?" better applies to people in threads like this asking questions that have answers. It's not funny, it's irritating, because it suggests that people are just parrotting without giving any thought to what they're saying.

There's plenty of genuinely silly, funny, and/or unanswerable questions available without perpetuating fake ones.
