"DeCSS" is a DVD encryption cracking program. It is, therefore, illegal. Someone has taken the source bits, though, and appended a few numbers to it. The result is prime. So this number _is_ illegal. It contains an illegal program. On the other hand, it is prime. It deserves to go on record. But then, it's illegal, so it can't. But...
If I took the raw data and made a number out of it, you'd call that illegal. Why should this one be any different just because it's prime?
