> I was reading my new April 2001 Readers Digest that came in the mail last week, and one of the short blurb stories that they print in between the articles caught my eye. It was about a man and his wife flying home from a trip to Paris, and it sounded like it could have been about Howard and his wife. Howard, ever been to Paris?

I looked quickly at readersdigest.com to see if I could find it, but no luck there; I doubt they reproduce anything but the major articles and the main humor sections.

I'm going to go look it up, but chances are slim to none. Old Howard has never been east of London. Well....... Slightly east of London. When I was in Greenwich, I walked across the Prime Meridian about 50 feet, just so I could say I had been in the eastern hemisphere. I've also never been west of Kauai, which is about 165 degrees west.
