I'm very familiar with that big fiddle. I've been told that in Italian, the ce is usually pronounced cheh. Since Thomas Jefferson preferred that pronounciation in the name of his home, I've always called it "Montechehllo." I always smile politely without comment when someone corrects me saying "That's Montecello." I suppose it they wanted to say it in English, they could just say "Little Mountain," or something like that. Massachusetts? I didn't know that. How"I wonder how Italians say celery"ard
