I see Sundragyn has already covered Prince George... Peace River, Alberta, Canada also smells like pulp mill, and there is an area just outside of Grimshaw, Alberta that smells like sulfur all the time. My best example is Brooks, Alberta, a major slaughterhouse community for Alberta beef. It ALWAYS smells like cow manure driving by there, and strong enough that even someone like me who has spent a lot of time around cow manure will turn the car vents to "recirc" when driving past there.
