According to WordNet, the definition of anime is:

anime n 1: a hard copal derived from an African tree [syn: Zanzibar copal] 2: any of various resins or oleoresins [syn: gum anime]

infoplease says:

a•nime
(u•nEm'),
--n. Armor.
an articulated cuirass of the 16th century.

an•i•mé
(an'u•mA", -mE),
--n.
any of various resins or copals, esp. that from Hymenaea courbaril, a tree of tropical America, used in making varnish, scenting pastilles, etc. Also,a•ni•mi (u•nE'mE).

So I'm not completely wrong. It would be interesting to see GreenJeanz draw a picture resin or a cuirass. Even better, a resin-covered cuirass. To make it a *real* anime GreenJeanz should make the characters wearing a resin-covered cuirass.
