Oh-kay. If you say so. Ever since the U.S. Supreme Court reneged on its position and reinstated the death penalty in 1976, which once again allowed the states to carry out executions, Canada has been lobbying to get our friends Stateside to change their minds. The United States is the only Western democracy that still carries out legalized murder.
