Well, if I was being serious, that is my pick. I don't think I even *need* to have seen any of the other nominees to say "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" has to be the best.
My serious opinion of "Gladiator" is that it was a pretty good movie, and I liked it enough to watch it once, but it basically struck me as a combination of "Spartacus" and "Braveheart" and either of those movies on their own were better than "Gladiator" was.
