It's oil. I am amazed at how much talent people have when they have a real artist standing behind them, telling them everything they need to know.
I did about 7 painting in that class. This was the second one. The scooter is supposed to be the first one in my collection as it appeared the first time I saw it. It was in a basement, rather than a barn, which is the traditional place to find an antique scooter. Someday, somewhere, I plan to post some of my scooterless paintings. So far, the only places that I've found for posting art are sites where it is for sale. Mine are not for sale.
