I hear ya. I got my car in 95, shortly before my prom...my grandmother paid the car payments on it until I turned 18, then I took over the financial responsibility for it. It's a 94 Chevy Corsica (the sister model to the Beretta ), and it's the best car I could EVER have wanted. It rules. It gets INSANELY GREAT gas mileage (made it a quarter of the way across Texas on half a tank of gas *loaded down with cargo*), and I've only had two problems with it since I owned it (one alternator, one flat).
