Hey, thanks! I downloaded the book myself yesterday printed it and took it home with me. (My eyes are kind of strained out from looking to much at computer screens, so I often print electronic documents that I want to read. For example, I printed the whole Duel of the Ages.) It turns out to be really useful, I think, to a guy who really wants to have a go at writing (namely me!).
