According to the X-Files we are all on this planet thanks to a great Alien master-plan. I should also be worried about "Cosmic Galactic Radiation" if one is to trust last week's episode. What I meant is that if I go to buy a video camera or tape recorder it's still going to be fairly large -- the technology isn't cheap enough yet to be widely available. I'm sure that one day your average camcorder will be incredibly tiny, and should one want to put such things to nefarious uses, who's to stop you?

I've got no idea, though that seems a bit extreme. Of course I'm no expert and I wouldn't be too suprised if such a thing exists...
