Hrm. Just so long as it's not Macross II I'm okay with that (Hey, I should write a review of that up for IABBBBM). I'm about halfway through the Escaflowne series and quite frankly it has been very impressive. I think some of the CG should have been left out, but it has a very interesting plotline, excellent art and great overall design.

How do you mean? There's a lot of things to call Evangelion and I could understand not liking it, but perverted? Aside from one part in End of Evangelion (and yeah, I agree that was way more detail than we needed) I can't think of anything that I'd say it was perverted. There are some inneundo and stuff, but I can't think of anything too bad (and considering the rather liberal attitude Japan has towards that stuff, its not bad at all).

Have you seen any subbed/uncut SM? I've heard the actual stuff is better than the DiC version, but I haven't experienced it myself.
