Hey, what's with the off-handed insult to the Disney version of Alice in Wonderland? I didn't see the NBC version but I rather like the Disny AiW. May not be too true to the original but (like Sam said) if it's a good movie it's a good movie. The Disney AiW was a funny little movie with interesting art and some pretty decent songs.
