Hah! That theory is crushed into itsy-bitsy teenie-weenie pieces by me! I have been killed several times in a row in a dream. Some guy shot me with a gun from like two yards away, and everything went blank. Two seconds later, I came back to life lying on the floor, got up, and said to the man: "Hey, that was cool!
