> That's when you do what I have to get myself to do and find a doctor. There are treatments, ranging from simple therapy to medication. I've been on anti-depressants for about half my life now, but I often find it hard to stay on them. Part of me thinks I can "handle" it without the medication, and part of me just doesn't want to have to go through the hassle of getting it and taking it.
