I went to see Cast Away earlier today. For the story, I'll just say that it needed to show five minutes more or ten minutes less; the "ending" was just a scene of emotional confusion.

The part I'm Bah-ing is the island. I finished writing the island segment of BOAT today before I went to the movie, and all I can say is: they stole my island.

So, I'm posting now to head off any future comments about how similar my island is to that one, and questions on whether I copied it. No, it seemed original at the time, but now it seems blase. I'll just take an extra-long time writing the other parts of the game until Cast Away fades from the collective consciousness.
