Best:

Finding RinkWorks, and meeting the people thereon.
(That may sound crawly, but it's true. And some of you know who you are... ^_~)

Getting my A levels over and done with, and subsequently

Getting into university.

Never having said "Y2K" instead of "2000"

Realising when compiling this list that nothing really bad has happened to me this year.

Worst:

Not being able to remember what happened at the start of the year.

Losing contact with old friends just because I haven't got a phone and they aren't on the internet.
