I quite like spiders!
I got quite upset when I accidently killed one that I'd grown quite fond of. It was living in my letterbox and it used to spring out onto the lid everytime you opened it. And then one day it tried to sneak back in and I half sqished him as I closed the letterbox. He ran away from home. So if anyone comes across a brown hairy spider that answers to the name of "Spidey", let him know that I miss him.

On a separate note, a friend of mine used to live in Africa, and there was a spider that was big enough to chase dogs around their local village. Apparently it also jumped, and people would put them into a box and give it to someone as a joke just to see them turn grey when this rather large spider sprung out at them. Not 100% sure if this is true, but hey, it sounds good.
