For future readers that peruse the Message Forum archives and wonder what Rule #6 is when there isn't any, here's what happened: just before posting the message I'm now replying to, I added a Rule #6 to the Message Forum Policy which read: "_Howard_. Howard may not post inscrutable jokes without subsequently posting an explanation." I'm about to remove the rule, as the joke has had its fifteen minutes of fame, so that's the story.

However. Howard, you're still bound by it, whether it's explicitly stated or not. :-)
