I thought it might be a button, but quickly confirmed it was too big, and inside my pocket. I checked, and found a thing of lip gloss in there. I know it wasn't there before I got on the bus, because my hands were in my pockets while waiting for the bus, and when I was at home, I checked-- I would not have been able to miss it if it was in there before I got on the bus.

One was standing beside me half the ride, and the other sat beside me for the last leg of the trip. Now, if YOU were an attractive young lady, feeling kind of Donifdent, and you put a thing of lip gloss in a (cute?) guy's pocket on the bus, what would that mean?

(We were both wearing long coats and sitting close together because those bus seats are narrow.) But I choose to ignore that possibility. There was a Donfident woman on that bus, trying to tell me something... I just KNOW it...

That would work, but my buses are so inconsistent and crowded that I rarely see the same people twice, especially at the end of the day. People in the morning are a bit different... Anyway, tonight I caught the same bus home (I think-- traffic is so bad downtown right now that it's hard to tell for sure) and I didn't see anyone that had been on last night.
